Return Policy: We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 48 hours of receipt by writing to info.floweroflifeorganics@gmail.com. Please provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that timeframe. Our team will review your claim, and once approved, we will send you a replacement. 

We offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value, or a refund within 30 days of purchase date. For exchanges or returns, please return the unused portion of the product. If we receive the returned product within 30 days of request, we will issue a full refund within 5-7 days of receipt. Processing time for funds to be returned to your account is 3-5 business day.
